Your Voice. Your Map. Your Journey

Your teen's project timeline is flexible—some take three months, others six or more. We stay the course, helping connect them to the right people (podcast guests, collaborators, audiences), keeping you updated via text on their progress, and ensuring they cross the finish line with both a completed project and a clear understanding of their own creative power.

1:1 Mentorship and Project Mapping
Your teen will work directly with a mentor to chart their project vision, identify key milestones, and create an actionable route forward. We meet them where they are—whether they arrive with a clear destination or need help discovering what they want to explore—and guide them through every stage of the journey.

Weekly Check-Ins and Navigation Support
Students meet with their mentor every week to stay on course, troubleshoot obstacles, refine their work, and celebrate the landmarks they reach. Our structure strikes a balance between independence and guidance, allowing students to develop both their project and their capacity for self-direction.

Emotional Literacy Curriculum Integration
Throughout the journey, we incorporate reflective practices that help teens connect their creative work to their emotions, values, and lived experiences. Students learn to articulate what they're feeling, why their project matters to them, and how self-expression builds emotional resilience and clarity.

Access to Studio Space and Resources
Teens receive access to our Red Bank studio—a dedicated basecamp where they can create, collaborate, and focus. Depending on the project, this may include recording equipment, design software, materials, or other tools available at the studio.

Skill-Building and Technical Support
We teach transferable skills specific to each expedition: interviewing and audio editing for podcasters, visual design for content creators, and project management for all. Our mentors provide hands-on guidance with the tools and platforms your teen needs to execute their vision professionally.

Parent Updates and Communication
Parents receive regular text updates on their teen's progress, milestones reached, and areas of growth. We maintain open communication to ensure families stay informed and connected to their child's creative journey.

Community Connection and Collaboration Opportunities
When appropriate, we help teens connect their projects to the broader community—whether that's identifying interview guests for a podcast, finding collaboration partners, or learning how to share their work with an authentic audience.

Flexible, Project-Based Timeline
The program runs on an ongoing basis, with duration determined by the scope of your teen's project and their individual pace. Some expeditions may take three months, others six or more—we adapt to ensure meaningful completion rather than rushing to an arbitrary endpoint.

Final Product Completion and Reflection
We guide your teen all the way to a finished, shareable project. At the conclusion, we lead a reflective process where students examine what they learned about themselves, their creative process, and their ability to turn ideas into reality.
