1:1 Consultation and Goal-Setting
Before your child begins tracking hours or submitting plans, you will meet with a dedicated advisor who helps define achievable, inspiring goals across all four Congressional Award areas: Voluntary Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness, and Expedition/Exploration. We ensure the plan reflects your child’s genuine interests and aligns with program standards.
Advisor and Validator Support
The Educationalist Method serves as both the official Advisor—guiding your child through goal-setting, planning, and documentation—and the Validator—confirming completed activities and achievements for submission. This dual support ensures your child receives consistent, structured feedback and that all requirements are met in accordance with the Congressional Award guidelines.
Ongoing Guidance and Accountability
Throughout the process, we maintain regular communication to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate milestones. Our advisors help keep projects on schedule, making sure goals remain meaningful and attainable while adhering to official program criteria.
Unlimited Access to TEM Studio (1 Month)
Families receive unlimited access to our studio for one month—a private, organized workspace where participants can plan, document progress, and reflect on their experiences with advisor feedback.
Tech and Creative Support
We provide technical assistance on using digital tools like Canva to create progress trackers, project presentations, or outreach materials—empowering students to communicate their work effectively and professionally.
Community Partner and Nonprofit Outreach Guidance
We coach participants on how to approach nonprofits, coaches, or community mentors who can support their goals, ensuring all activities are appropriately structured and verifiable.
Record Book and Submission Support
We walk families through every step of the Submittable Record Book process—from organizing documentation to submitting final forms. Our team reviews entries for completeness and accuracy before submission, minimizing errors and delays.
Reflection and Mindfulness Practice
Our approach integrates reflection and mindfulness exercises throughout the journey, helping participants recognize their personal growth and connect more deeply with the values underlying their accomplishments.
Digital and Marketing Notes
$500 per month — includes advisor and validator services, studio access, and personalized support.
This fee covers the usage of the facility and advisory work only.
Publication of the participant’s project on the TEM website is at the organization's discretion.
Digital promotion on TEM’s social media or website may be available for an additional charge.
