What It Is
- Monthly 1:1 creative mentorship with Mannikka
- You choose the project, set the timeline, decide how to share it
- Work that's meant to reach real people — not sit in a portfolio
- A small number of spots, kept small on purpose
- The Lupine Scholarship Fund, for members who can't pay

Some of the best work gets made in community. This is yours. For teens who need the room more than the roadmap.

You work directly with Mannikka to figure out what you’re actually
building, name the milestones that matter, and map a real way forward —
whether you walk in with a clear plan or no idea yet.

You meet every week to keep moving, work through whatever’s stuck, and
mark the things you’ve actually pulled off. Enough structure to keep you
honest, enough room to run your own thing.

You get the Red Bank studio as your basecamp — a place to make, focus,
and spread out. Depending on what you’re building, that can mean
recording gear, design software, and materials.

We teach the real stuff your project needs: interviewing and audio
editing for podcasters, design for content creators, project management
for everyone. Hands-on, with the tools you’ll actually use.
