We help families reimagine this sacred responsibility as a meaningful creative journey. Through our emotional literacy curriculum, students learn to connect their service work to their values, their community, and their growing sense of purpose — turning what could feel like a requirement into an experience that genuinely reflects who they are and who they're becoming.

Before the project begins, you'll meet with a dedicated advisor who helps align your child's interests, values, and goals with a project that feels authentic and inspiring. We'll clarify your family's expectations, explore your child's passions, and design a meaningful approach that honors both tradition and individuality.
Ongoing Guidance & Milestone Check-Ins
We stay with you throughout the process — offering consistent communication to track progress, celebrate milestones reached, troubleshoot challenges, and refine project goals as needed. Our advisors keep the project moving forward while ensuring it remains meaningful and manageable.
RITES Program Guide
Receive comprehensive materials and templates designed to help students reflect on their experience, set realistic and attainable goals, communicate their project to the community, and track their progress from start to finish.
Ceremony Presentation Support
We help students prepare materials and presentations to share during their ceremony or service — ensuring they can articulate what they learned, why it mattered, and how the experience shaped them. This support helps your child speak with confidence about their work and its meaning.
