A-List Education for a New Generation
The Educationalist Method (T.E.M.) sets a new standard in youth development through what we proudly call our “A List” approach—Altruism, Leadership, Intention, Service, and Transformation. T.E.M. Studio offers a space where teens can gather, share, and lead with purpose. 
Our community is our greatest asset. Charitable donations from donors to our non-profit organization help to fund our efforts to reach more families in the Monmouth County region, build curriculum with a 21st-century educational focus, and design a facility that is cutting-edge and state-of-the-art.

The heart of T.E.M. lies in our 3rd space environment. The psychological safety of our students is the primary area of support that we provide. Our natural lighting, plants, and modern design help to create a learning environment for students that feels safe and warm. Donations help us pay the rental fees for our Red Bank location.
